GH Dunn recently helped my client get a flood insurance policy on a second home in Wareham. The property was in a flood zone but because the current owner didn't have a mortgage she never had to carry flood insurance, and there was never a flood certificate done. My client didn't want to put out the large amount for the policy in fear he would not be refunded if they found he didn't need a flood policy. I called GH Dunn to see what they could do, they got right on it and called the insurance carrier and got it in writing that if in fact he wasn't required to carry the insurance he would get a full refund. GH Dunn then emailed my client and I their conversation with the company so at that point my client was comfortable to pay for the policy and move forward with the closing. I am happy to say things are set to close in a few dates and without GH Dunn's help that might not be happening.

Mr. David Dunn is a man who wears many hats. His best suited hat would have to be running G.H.
